Prices on the website are subject to change. The prices listed are retail prices.

Payment Terms

All customers are strictly COD  unless an account has been established. We offer an exchange for the product, in case you are not satisfied with the condition of the product, within 24 hrs after you received the product. The product should be in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it. No return on perishable items like flowers, plants, and seedlings.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be submitted in writing within 48 hours prior to the booking date and will be refunded.

Delivery

Standard courier fees apply to orders. Any delays will be communicated with clients directly should we have any issues. Talflorals will not be held liable for any logistical problems beyond its control.
